Through Emotionally Focused Therapy, she helps you identify and express the primary emotions and needs that often get buried under frustration, withdrawal, or people-pleasing. And when faith is an important part of your life, Annie, with her M.A. in Theology from Notre Dame, is uniquely equipped to integrate prayer and spiritual reflection into your sessions upon request.
